What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the form on this site, we collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, dates, party size, message) along with your IP address and browser user agent for security and anti-spam purposes.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry about the property. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to the contact address below.

Your rights (EU / UK)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email address you used to inquire.

Cookies

We set a single cookie to remember your language preference (en or fr). The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly anti-spam service that does not track users across sites or set advertising cookies.
